What a day! (written on Monday the 8th)
Yes, my daughter fell in the toilet today.
Yes, my dog ate a hard boiled egg directly out of the mouth of my two year old today.
Yes, I gave my milk allergic daughter a cup of her sister's whole milk today (she's okay).
Yes, my toddler had a long sleeve shirt stuffed in her pants all day today.
Yes, my two year old pulled the fire alarm in the elevator at the library today which caused us to be stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes with alarms sounding. This, of course, was after I turned in a book that my daughter had torn the pages out of. After the situation resolved we accidentally walked out of the library without checking out our stuff and had to return.
"Hi, we're the family that ruined that book and then pulled the fire alarm. Yes, we accidentally left with these books and now we'd like to check them out. Thanks."
Seriously, though: Who makes a fire alarm 18 inches off the ground that then makes the elevator STOP between floors. I mean, that doesn't sound like a good idea to me.
I need to go back to work.

Hilarious. Hopefully the past few days have been less eventful (or at least involved fewer stuck elevators).
Rioutous. You never mentioned the shirt in the pants bit. I've definately had those days. Glad you blogged about it so we could chuckle and not feel so alone.
