The first Saturday in May, several weeks after returning to work, Roberta, Colin, Juan the girls and I had a picnic. We've missed Colin and Roberta very much now that our twice-weekly get togethers have come to an end so getting together when possible on the weekend certainly helps.

Back to Work

I haven't blogged about this because I have a very hard time with the concept, but I have been back to work officially for about 2 weeks now. We have found a wonderful nanny for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and Tommy (my father in law) watches the girls Thursday and Friday. That part has been going great. I really have to compartmentalize in order to get through my day, emotionally and just not think about it. It helps to have good care lined up at home so I'm not worrying.

On another note - the girls had their first episode of true laughing. They both laughed for the first time at the same thing at the same time.....Too funny. They were laughing at me barking like our dog. I'd heard that identical twins have milestones happen close temporally, but that was amazing!
